Will it fit me?
Both balaclavas are one size with 4-way stretch and fit adult head circumferences from about 54 to 62 cm. Flat, the Animal Face measures 41.5 × 25.5 cm. If you are between a child and adult size, it will still fit — the fabric stretches, it does not sag.
How long does shipping take?
Orders leave the warehouse within 1–3 business days and arrive in 10–20 business days with tracking. You get the tracking link by email the moment it ships. Shipping is free when you buy three or more balaclavas; for one or two it is a flat $3.90.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return an unworn, unwashed balaclava for a full refund. You cover the return postage unless the item arrived damaged or wrong — then we cover everything. Details on the returns page.
Does it work under a helmet or goggles?
The Skull Balaclava is cut as a helmet liner: thin, seamless at the crown, no bunching under a motorcycle or bike helmet. The Animal Face has sewn-on ears, so it sits under goggles and a beanie but not under a hard helmet.
Can I see and breathe properly?
Yes. The eye opening is wide with a soft elastic hem, and the mesh knit breathes over the mouth and nose — no fogging under goggles in our testing. It is warm enough for a lift ride, not a substitute for a fleece neck warmer at −20 °C.
Are the ears real?
On the Animal Face Balaclava the ears are sewn-on 3D fabric ears, not just printed. On the Skull Balaclava there are no ears — it is a smooth helmet-liner cut.
How do I wash it?
Hand wash or machine wash cold in a laundry bag, air dry. Do not tumble dry or iron the print. Sublimation printing means the design is in the fibre, not on top of it, so it does not crack or peel.
Where are the ratings from?
We show the manufacturer's ratings from verified purchases of the same item, which has sold thousands of units. We label them as supplier ratings because they were not collected on this store. As our own reviews come in, we will show those too.
Is this sold as protective equipment?
No. It is a sun, wind and cold-weather face covering and a costume accessory. It is not a filtering mask, not PPE, and not a helmet or impact protection of any kind.
