Shipping policy

Every order is tracked. Here is exactly what to expect, because slow-and-honest beats fast-and-fictional.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You receive a confirmation email immediately and a tracking email when the parcel ships.

These are estimates from our carriers. Peak season (November–January) can add a week. If tracking has not moved for 14 days, email us and we chase it or reship.

Cost

Shipping is free when you buy three or more balaclavas (orders of $44 and up). For one or two it is a flat $3.90, shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs and VAT

Prices are shown in USD. For EU customers VAT is included at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery inside the EU. Outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong address

Check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we reship once at no charge; a second reship is charged at cost.

Lost parcels

A parcel is considered lost if tracking shows no delivery 45 days after dispatch. We then reship or refund in full — your choice.
